Mohammed Al-Mennafi, the president of the Libyan Presidential Council, reaffirmed the council’s efforts to bring the perspectives of all parties to the success of the national entitlement represented in reaching the parliamentary and presidential elections in order to resolve the current political crisis today, Tuesday.
This occurred during the exile meeting with the president and members of “our goal of Libya and the elections and sustainable development,” as well as a number of candidates for the parliamentary elections, where issues relating to the current political situation and the challenges that prevented the electoral right from being held in December were discussed, along with ways of cooperating with the Council The Libyan president, to regain electoral momentum and (WAL).
In order to indicate its willingness to support such national measures that seek to terminate the transitional phase and arrive at the stage of permanent stability, the exile alluded to the right of all candidates to demand the conduct of the elections.
The Libyan President declares that he is working to spread the word about the upcoming legislative and presidential elections.
