The Security Council discusses today Russia’s accusations of Ukraine on the “dirty bomb”

According to knowledgeable sources within the UN Security Council, the Council will address today, Tuesday, in a confidential session, Russia’s accusations that Ukraine is planning a “dirty weapon” to use against Moscow, despite Kyiv and several Western nations being exiled.

This session will be held, at the request of Russia, after its ambassador to the United Nations, Vasily Nippinsia, sent a message to both the UN Security Council and the United Nations Secretary -General, Antonio Guterres, in which he repeats Russia’s accusations to Ukraine of “provocation”, quoting “Agence France Presse. This follows concerns raised by Sergei Shwigo, the defence secretary for Russia, regarding the use of Ukraine as a “dirty bomb” in its conflict with Moscow.

This occurred over the phone on Sunday during a conversation about the state of affairs in Ukraine between Shwigo and his British colleague, Ben Wallet, according to “Agence France Presse”.

Today, the Security Council debates Russia’s allegations against Ukraine about the “dirty bomb.”
