16.6 % increased Saudi non -petroleum exports in August

Today, Tuesday, the Saudi Statistics Authority reported a rise in non-petroleum product exports to the Kingdom of 16.6% in August.
The authority reported that the value of commodity exports to the Kingdom during the month before to last month amounted to 134 billion riyals compared to 90 billion riyals during the same month previous year, a rise of 44 billion riyals by 49. 1%.

She claimed that the value of petroleum exports during the previous month rose by 40 billion riyals, or 60.2%, to reach 107 billion riyals, up from 67 billion riyals during the same month last year.
She noted that the value of non-petroleum exports (which includes re-exports) increased by 4 billion riyals, or 16. 6%, to 27 billion riyals in August from 23 billion riyals during the same period previous year.

The value of the commodity imports of the Kingdom during the month before the past month reached 61 billion riyals compared to 51 billion riyals during the same period last year, an increase of 10 billion riyals by 20%.
