Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the sisterly United Arab Emirates and a frequent visitor to Egypt, was greeted this afternoon at El Alamein Airport by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
The meeting of the two leaders focused on the exchange of visions and perspectives on international issues, regional security, and the current situation in the Arab region, according to Ambassador Bassam Radi, official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, emphasising the importance of promoting joint Arab action and Arab unity in the face of Arab region challenges.
Bringing together all efforts aimed at finding long-term solutions to challenges in the region’s countries, assisting in the creation of security and stability in them, and ensuring stability and peace for their people.
The two sides also discussed bilateral cooperation paths between the two brotherly countries, as well as the many promising opportunities to broaden its horizons to broader levels, which would strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries, particularly in the economic and development fields, which support their aspirations for sustainable development, progress, and prosperity for their two brotherly peoples.
Presidents Sisi and Bin Zayed underline the importance of strengthening Arab unity and action.
