Residents of the 577 project in October Gardens submit a complaint to the Social Housing Fund for the lack of electricity in the units

Residents of the 557 project, 390 acres, the city of Gardens 6, October 6, filed a collective complaint to Dr. Mai Abdel Hamid, head of the fund, real estate financing, regarding the lack of electricity in residential apartments, despite the receipt of these apartments by the owners of these units.
When he spoke with Eng., he learned that the project reached more than 700 buildings, but that only 50 of them had electricity.

In response to Mohamed Mostafa’s request to determine the root of the issue, he stated that everything is stable and there is no issue.
It is worth noting that those affected by the lack of electricity in residential apartments live in new rental apartments and others live in these apartments in light of their waiting in paying the installments.

The electricity problem is not the only problem that haunts the population, but there are defects for housing in this region, the most important of which are:-The lack of services available, the most important of which are educational schools, shops. As a result, moving across the region’s neighbourhoods might be challenging.
