Jordan and Poland affirm the strength of the distinguished bilateral relations and work to strengthen them

The two friendly nations of Jordan and Poland reaffirmed their strong bilateral ties and expanded their collaboration in the business, tourist, academic, and investment sectors.
Ayman Al-Safadi, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Jordanian Expatriate Affairs, and Speganv Rao, the Foreign Minister of Poland, held extensive conversations today, Monday.

In accordance with the memorandum of agreement that was signed in October 2021, the two ministers decided to explore the promising areas of collaboration at a meeting that will be organised by the two ministries in coordination with the pertinent sectoral authorities.

Al-Safadi and Rara, who took part in the Organization of European Security and Cooperation’s Mediterranean Conference in the Dead Sea region, concurred that since his nation is in charge of the current session, they should also talk about the agreements needed to boost economic cooperation and the conditions for boosting trade between the two nations.

The two ministers talked about King Abdullah II’s meeting with the Polish President on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly’s seventy-seventh session in New York last month, as well as the steps necessary to translate it, according to a statement from the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the Middle East News Agency received a copy. A greater level of collaboration benefits the two nations.

The Palestinian issue, efforts to end the Syrian crisis, the refugee issue, as well as the Ukrainian crisis and its regional and global repercussions, were among the many regional and worldwide concerns covered in the talks.

The two ministers commended the progress made in the relations between the two nations, whose diplomatic ties were established in 1971, saying it reflected the political will to increase collaboration in many areas and benefited both Jordan and Poland.

The distinguished bilateral relations between Jordan and Poland are strong, and both countries strive to make them even stronger.
