Paris Saint -Germain settles on the renewal of Ramos’s contract until June 2024

Sergio Ramos’ future with the French club Paris Saint-Germain has been decided. His deal at the “Princes Park” stadium will expire in June.
The Paris Saint-Germain administration reportedly agreed to extend Sergio Ramos’ contract so that it would expire in June 2024, not June 2023, according to the French “Lu 10 Sport” network.

The network added that the negotiations between Paris Saint -Germain and Sergio Ramos officials did not start, but this file will be opened in the coming days, as was done with the Argentine star Lionel Messi.
She made it obvious that Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi’s contract renewal files will be handled by Luis Campus, the sports consultant to the Paris Saint-Germain squad.

She emphasised that everything between Ramos and Paris Saint-Germain is practically resolved; the only outstanding issue is the annual compensation, which is presently 8 million euros. Given that Ramos is 36 years old, this is a bigger salary than is typical for someone his age.

The network ended its report that Sergio Ramos did not imagine his continuation with Paris Saint -Germain for an additional season, after a frustrated first season with the team, in which he suffered from many injuries, but the former Real Madrid captain regained his position this season, and he became one of the basic pillars of the team.
It’s important to remember that in the summer of 2021, Sergio Ramos signed a free transfer agreement to play for Paris Saint-Germain for two seasons.

Ramos’ contract at Paris Saint-Germain will be extended to June 2024.
