North Korea fired 10 shells on “Soul” after the latter’s warning shifts

According to South Korean media, warning fire exchanges were taking place on the border today, Monday, between Seoul and Pyongyang.
According to the South Korean News Agency, a North Korean boat crossed the maritime border, prompting the South Korean army to fire warning shots.
According to the news agency for North Korea, Pyongyang fired several missiles in response to the warning shots fired by South Korea.

For its part, the Korean Central News Agency said that North Korea fired 10 artillery shells off its western coast, on Monday local time, in response to the warning shots launched by South Korea on a North Korean boat across the maritime border between the two countries.
A spokesman for the North Korean Army Staff claimed that after the South Korean army fired warning shots, Pyongyang launched 10 shells from several missile launchers.

A North Korean ship that breached the northern border line, which serves as the actual maritime border between the two Koreas, was alleged to have been returned by the South Korean Army’s Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Ten shells were fired by North Korea at “Soul” when the latter’s warning changed.
