Canada won’t scrap trade talks with U.K. over Irish border concerns: Ralph Goodale

John Finucane, a Sinn Fein MP, visited Ottawa last week and requested that Canada halt its trade talks until London modifies its strategy.
That would be “a hidden threat,” according to Ralph Goodale, Canada’s high commissioner to Britain.
