According to Sputnik, Defense Secretary Sergey Shoigu reviewed the situation in Ukraine with his French counterpart Sebastian Lecorno over the phone and expressed his belief that the Ukrainian government is always aiming for an unchecked escalation.

These declarations followed the Novosti agency citing credible sources in many nations, including Ukraine, who claimed that “there are indications of preparation Kyiv provocating by employing a dirty bomb or low-strength nuclear weapons.”
It is noteworthy that since the beginning of the Russian military operation on Ukrainian territory on February 24, concerns about the conflict and its escalation have reached unbelievable heights, particularly after Russian President Vladimir Putin hinted at the possibility of using the atomic bomb in a speech broadcast on September 21.
