The incident is the second in 6 days, as last Monday a Sukhoi-34 fighter shattered over a residential building in the city of Yesk in southern Russia near the border with Ukraine, killing 15 people and wounding 19 others.
The local branch of the Russian Ministry of Emergency said that the Su-30 fighter plane crashed during a training mission and fell on a two-storey wooden building, which led to a fire.
