Russian ruler Biljorod announces the killing of two people in Ukrainian bombing

The ruler of the Russian border region “Biljorod”, “Viacislav Gladkov,” accused Ukraine of bombing the town of Shabkin, killing two people and wounding 11 others.
Gladkov claimed that the bombing also momentarily cut off electricity, heating, and water for 15,000 people and damaged the energy infrastructure.

After nearly two weeks of Russian missile attacks on power plants all around the country, Ukraine declared that hundreds of thousands of people were cut off from them.
The Beljorod region, along with other border areas, such as Kursk and Brandsk, complained that it was bombed by Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian invasion last February.

The Beljorod region’s governor said that the predicament had gotten worse recently and that he had given orders to increase security at energy infrastructure locations.

Two persons were killed in a bombing in Ukraine, according to Russian leader Biljorod.
