The crew of a multi-task fighter plane (Su-30SM) that is part of the Russian forces shot down a Ukrainian plane, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense today, Saturday.
The Russian (TASS) agency quoted a publication – broadcast by the ministry through its channel on (Telegram) – that the Russian plane was accompanying and protecting a squadron from a bomber, fighter planes and helicopters, where its pilots monitored a plane belonging to the Ukrainian armed forces, and neutralized it.
On the other side, the Beljorod region’s Minister of Health, Vladimir Econicov, said via Telegram that two civilians were killed and 12 people were injured in the Ukrainian military’s bombing of the village of Chebekino.
“Today, 14 persons were injured as a result of the bombing of the town of Shipkino,” he continued. Sadly, two of them passed away before to the arrival of the ambulances. They are a 14 -year -old man and a 14 -year -old.
“Four of the five who were carried to the hospital are in critical condition, he continued.
Additionally, Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, today launched a scathing attack on the European Union for raising concerns about Russian civil infrastructure bombing in Ukraine.
According to Zakharova, the decisions made at the European Union Summit confirmed the nature of the conflict in EU policy.
