The price of the dollar today in Lebanon during the evening transactions from this evening, Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the unofficial (black) parallel market, to increase to the level of 40,450 and 40. 500 thousand pounds per one dollar.
On Friday, the black market rate for the dollar in Lebanon closed at between 40,300 and 40,350 pounds per dollar.
On the illegal market in Lebanon, a dollar yesterday was worth 40 thousand and 400 pounds, while a dollar was worth 40 thousand and 500 pounds when it was sold.
The price of the US dollar, yesterday, Friday, against the Lebanese lira with the Arsenal, reached 24,750 pounds for purchase, and 24 thousand and 650 pounds for sale.
A banking platform was used to settle the exchange rate of the dollar for 30 thousand and 100 Lebanese pounds against the Turkish lira.
The Central Bank of Lebanon announced on Friday a new exchange rate of 8,000 pounds to the dollar for withdrawals from dollar deposits.
In the evening’s trading on Saturday, the Lebanese lira experienced another decline versus the dollar.
