Vasily Nippinesia, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, brought up the use of American HIMARS missile launchers to bomb civilian targets in Donbas during a meeting of the UN Security Council.
According to Nipinzia, the West is working hard to portray the Kyiv regime as a “innocent victim of the Russian aggression” who need ongoing military support. She said that, according to Russia Today, additional shipments of Western military items were submitted to Kyiv last week.
“The European Union and the United States have chosen weapon systems that have demonstrated the most lethal power against the Donbas population and the freed regions,” he stated.
He stated that in addition to the AGM-88 Harm, the US plans to deliver a fresh batch of high-resolution M31 GMLRS and M142 HIMARS missiles to Kyiv.
Nippinesa added that Kyiv will again receive a 155 -mm self -motion defender, CEASAR. In the meantime, Germany declared that it had sent Kiev 155 millimetre ammo.

Nippinesia emphasised that “the American HIMARS systems were actively deployed in these strikes,” and added that since last June, French weapons have been used against Donetsk, killing at least 5 people, injuring 10, and damaged more than 64 structures.
Nepinzia claimed that Kiev has long utilised sabotage and terrorist tactics to strike Russian territory while being overseen by her Western guardians.

He pointed out that the Ukrainian attacks have an impact on all of Russian territory because they target civilians and civil infrastructure.
