On Friday evening, the last five members of a cargo plane were related to Iran after they were held in Argentina for about four months, according to footage broadcast on the Venezuelan government television.
The Argentine court concluded last week that there was no proof linking two Venezuelans and three Iranians to the terrorist acts that were under investigation.
Ramon Velaskwys, the minister of transportation for Venezuela, said on the Telesur TV network that he was happy for “all 19 crew members who were kidnapped by the Argentine judiciary.”
The 19-year-old crew’s initial group arrived in Venezuela last month.
The “Boeing 747” shipping plane was halted from taking off in June by Argentine officials who suspected it had a claimed reason to enter the country. The plane was sold by the Iranian “Mahan Air” air company to Venezuela a year ago.
A court in the United States, which puts sanctions on Iran and Venezuela because to their close links, later asked Argentina to hold the jet.
