Dmitro Coliba, the foreign minister of Ukraine, urged all national legislatures to declare the Soviet Holodomor famine of the 1930s to have been an act of genocide against the Ukrainian people.
“I call on the parliaments of all countries to support Ukraine by recognizing the artificial starvation of Stalin in 1932-1933 as a collective genocide of the Ukrainian people whose 90th anniversary in November,” Ukrainian minister said-in a tweet on Twitter, according to the Ukrainian news agency (Yukrinforma).

The Ukrainian Defense Forces reported the liberation of a total of 551 settlements in the Kharkiv region and 88 in the Jeresson area in regards to the field developments of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
