On Thursday, the Egyptian Public Prosecutor issued an order referring Kholoud Al-Sayyid, the orphan girl who killed his fiancée, to an urgent trial.
The accused of killing a “Port Said Girl” was referred to the Criminal Court 72 hours after the incident for punishment after he was charged with premeditated deliberate murder.
The prosecution said that the recent period witnessed differences between the accused and the victim, because of his excessive jealousy, and his control of its dealings, and the permanence of his misfortune in it, which forced her to cut their relationship. She continued by saying that the accused was determined to kill her and did so by sneaking onto her balcony and killing her.
The prosecution disclosed that it had established the evidence for the accused based on his admission of guilt during the investigations and his imitation of how the crime was committed to the incident, as well as a certificate of 18 witnesses, including the detective officer who is conducting investigations and others who have a relationship with the victim, who confirmed that she had previously received death threats from the accused and that he was among the witnesses who saw the incident.
The prosecution clarified that it also established the guide from what I saw with the records of the monitoring machines installed by a property for the theater of the incident, which monitored the entry and exit of the accused to and from the real estate in place of the accident in a simultaneous time of its occurrence, as well as an audio recording of a phone conversation between the victim and another of her colleagues working coincided with the surprise of the accused She has learned that he was killed and that he hoped she would convince him not to do it again.
According to the investigations and the prosecution, the Forensic Medicine Authority’s anatomical report showed that the victim’s death gave the impression that the investigations were complete.
