The Arab Oud House-House Al-Hrawi-affiliated with the Cultural Development Fund sector, holds a concert by the artist Al-Oud, Islam Abdel Aziz and his music band, at eight evening next Saturday, where Abdel Aziz presents a number of music compositions for the oud machine, to the great composers, including Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Ziyad Rahbani, Abdo Dagher, Naseer Shamma and others.
One of the alumni of the Arab Oud House, the artist Islam Abdel Aziz is currently working from home.
One of Cairo’s ancient archaeological homes is the House of Al-Hrawi, which looks over Zainab Khatoun’s home on Mohamed Abdo Street in Al-Azhar and was used as a way of preventing the six. Ahmed bin Youssef Al-Serafi founded it in the year 1731. This house is attributed to the doctor, Abd al -Rahman Pasha al -Hrawi, who is the last to be owned by this house in 1881 AD.
Currently, the house serves as an archaeological shrine from which to launch cultural and artistic festivals.
In collaboration with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the French Scientific Institute for Eastern Antiquities in Cairo, and the Supreme Council of Antiquities, the restoration of the house got under way in 1986 and was finished in 1993. A ministerial decision was issued to transfer it to a technical creativity center affiliated with the Fund in 1996.
Islam Abdel Aziz’s oud was performed at the Al-Hrawi House in Al-Azhar. I am aware of the facts.
