British Prime Minister apologizes in Parliament for mistakes and refuses to resign

News from Al-Madinah: Today, Wednesday, after retracting an economic plan that had caused havoc in the markets, British Prime Minister Liz Tarch-apologized for her errors but refused to urge the opposition to resign.
Tarras stated that she had just been in her current position for around two months when she established the cap on energy costs, as she described it, during a House of Commons session that featured heated disputes.

I’m sorry I’ve made mistakes in the past, but in this case, changing things is the right course of action, she continued.
Prime Minister, the head of the Conservative Party, responded to a query from Kiir Stamer, the leader of the opposition Labor Party, about the justification for her continued retention in her position, by asserting that she is a fighter and could not abdicate her job.

As a result of the market turbulence caused by Tarras’ economic policy, which includes decreasing corporation taxes, she was compelled last Friday to fire Treasury Secretary Koasi Quarting, who had been chosen by former Foreign and Health Minister Jeremy Hunt.

Another indicator of the party’s declining support is a recent IPSOS Institute survey that revealed its findings today. 53% of British voters think the prime minister should step down from her post, and 80% of them blame her government for the country’s high cost of living.

Redfield & Wilton Strategies’ findings, which were released on Monday, revealed that the opposition Labor Party had surpassed the ruling Conservative Party in Britain by 36 percentage points, with 56% of the popular vote to the Conservative Party’s 20%.
As a result of Britain’s highest food costs since 1980, the inflation rate rose from 9.9% in August to 10.1% in September of last year.
