At the offices of the Holding Company for Cotton, Spinning and Weaving, Mahmoud Esmat, Minister of Public Business Sector, met with representatives from the assigned cotton, spinning, and weaving companies.

The minister discussed the developments of the executive position of the comprehensive development project for cotton, spinning, and weaving companies, as well as marketing and selling plans for businesses from spin to fabrics as well as finished products, during the meeting, which was attended by the leaders of the Holding Company for Spinning and Weaving and the company of Egypt Cotton Hub (Ech) of the Holding Company.

Engineer Mahmoud Esmat examined the demands of the public and private cotton spinning industries, as well as the subsidiaries that supplied high-quality yarn and fabrics to factories producing ready-made clothing from the private sector. He also considered the situation of setting up and running the developed gins and their productive energy, as well as the cleanliness of local cotton and its complete absence of pollutants and impurities.

The Minister directed the necessity of activating sales and marketing operations in the local market and foreign markets in a professional manner, commensurate with the huge investments being pumped into the development of the spinning and textile sector, and the consequent increase in productive energies of high quality, with the aim of preserving the position of Egyptian cotton globally with products made in full in Egypt … expanding the market share while redefining the consumer to include the products of the subsidiary companies.

In this regard, the Minister of Public Business Sector explained that in addition to increasing sales to institutions, companies, and factories, a distinguished network of modern branches is being established, along with services for e-shopping, the growth of export market sales, the activation of sales operations for wholesalers, and the addition of new clients.
