The death of the famous Kiss of Brezhnev and Honecker

Dmitry Vrubel, a Russian-German artist who created one of the most well-known murals in the world, passed away today, Monday, at the age of 63, according to several of his friends and associates on social networking sites.
He did not identify the reason for his passing, and on July 14, a photo of him was posted on Facebook while he was a patient at the hospital to where he was admitted after contracting Covid.

Vrubel is famous for his graffiti on the Berlin Wall under the title Oh my God, help me survive in this deadly love. It is also called a brotherly kiss.
The painting, completed in 1990, depicts Soviet Communist Party General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev and East German leader Erich Honecker in a fraternal embrace, reproducing a photograph of them taken in 1979 during the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the founding of the German Democratic Republic.
