To prevent the Internet from protesters .. Iran prohibits VPN again and warns

News from Al-Madinah: Iranian Communications Minister Issa Zaraa Pour issued a warning against the use of the secure communication network over the ongoing demonstrations in Iran for the second month in a row (VPN).
Without providing any further context, the minister asserted today, on Wednesday, that virtual networks are dangerous to computers and mobile phones.
Even though it is not yet a crime, the sale of VPN programmes is banned.

Last Monday, the European Union slapped sanctions on the Minister of Communications for his significant role in limiting the Internet as Minister of Information.
It is interesting that since the nationwide protests started, the Internet has frequently been shut down or restricted, and numerous apps like Instagram and WhatsApp have been outlawed.
But with VPN connections this ban can be overcome, although applications are illegal, they are sold in computer markets everywhere.

In Iran, demand rose by a factor of three thousand.
It is reported that since the start of the widespread protests, on September 16 after the death of the Kurdish young woman, Muhsa Amini, 3 days after her arrest at the hands of the elements of what is known as the religious police, the Iranian authorities have tightened the screws on the demonstrators.

The death of Amini has since ignited the fire of anger over several issues, including the restrictions imposed on personal freedoms and strict rules related to women’s clothes, as well as the living and economic crisis that the Iranians suffer from, not to mention the strict rules imposed by the system of government and its political structure in general.

Iran once more forbids VPN and issues a warning to protect the Internet from protesters.
