Berlusconi’s comments on the re -communication with Putin raises concerns

Silvio Berlusconi, the former Italian prime minister and head of the “Forta Italy” party, has stirred up controversy once more as a result of comments he made about Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.
Yesterday, the La Press news agency released an audio clip of what it claimed was a clandestine recording made by Berlusconi’s parliamentarians of “Forta Italy.”

The 86-year-old Berlusconi claims in the audio that he has reestablished contact with Putin, who is counting on him as one of his “true five friends.”
In the audio clip, Berlusconi is heard saying, “I frequently communicated with President Putin.
Berlusconi reached his eighty -sixth year on September 29, days after the right -wing coalition, which includes his party, “Forta Italy” (Haya Banna / forward Italy) won the general elections.

Those close to Berlusconi rejected the initial claims as “old stories,” including Antonio Tajani, who may one day serve as foreign minister.
However, Berlusconi spoke openly about Russian ministers who assert that the West is actually at war with Russia because it “provides Ukraine with arms and money” throughout the registration.
He added: “I cannot express my opinion personally (in this matter) because if he reaches the press it will lead to a disaster, but I am very very worried.

“Forta Italy stated yesterday that Berlusconi’s stance on Ukraine remains consistent with that of Europe and the United States.

Concerns are raised by Berlusconi’s remarks regarding the re-communication with Putin.
