Vladimir Sado, the governor of Chepson Province, announced the evacuation of inhabitants from the right bank of the province to the left bank of the Dniepr after Kyiv threatened to attack the electrical station in Kakhovskaya.

He continued by saying that there will be a systematic and forcible evacuation of inhabitants from a portion of the right bank of Jiusson County to the left bank of the Dnieburie River, stating that Ukraine has deployed significant forces in the axes of Nikolaev, Cravoy Rouge, and Khairsson.

Jupson inhabitants were partially evacuated as Kiev soldiers threatened to demolish the hydroelectric power plant.
