According to Sky News Arabia, the constitutional oath was administered yesterday in front of Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the deputy prince.
On Sunday, the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al -Ahmad Al -Sabah, issued an Emiri decree to reshape the government.

According to the Government Communication Center, the reorganisation of the administration of Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah included the appointment of Barak Ali Barak Al-Shitan as a deputy and minister of state for cabinet affairs and Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as senior deputy prime minister and minister of the interior.
The Kuwaiti Government Communication Center confirmed that Badr Al -Mulla was appointed as a new oil minister and deputy prime minister.

The appointment of Abdel Wahab Al-Rashid as minister of finance, Salem Al-Sabah as minister of foreign affairs, and Abdullah Al-Salem as minister of defence was also included in the Emiri decree, he said.

The Crown Prince and the Prime Minister attend the inaugural session of the newly elected Kuwaiti National Assembly.
