The jury of the “color” competition for the child, organized by the General Authority for Culture Palaces headed by director Hisham Atwa, met in its eighth session, on the morning of Thursday, October 13, at the headquarters of the General Administration of Child Culture, to consider the artworks submitted to the competition by children, including children with special abilities.

The competition, which was announced by the authority between the months of August and September of last year, was launched by the lovely art bus driven by the artist Fatima Tamsah, and it was open to all forms of artistic expression, including drawing, photography, sculpture, ceramics, and artistic formation. It falls under the purview of the Ministry of Culture’s interest in fostering creative children’s abilities in the field of art.

It is worth noting that the number of prizes of the competition is 40 awards, including 20 children’s awards, and 20 others for children with special abilities, and the value of one prize is 1000 pounds, and given the large number of distinguished works presented by the children, the jury reached equally the number of 20 prizes out of a total of 40 awards to reach The rewards will be awarded at a ceremony conducted at the Hanager Center at the Opera House that will no longer be publicised later, with 60 kids winning, and the competition winners will be on display.
