The ministerial sectors in Sudan permits the draft law of the immigrant commission for the year 2022

The establishment of the Sudanese immigration commission and authorization of its statute for 2022 were both agreed by the joint ministerial sectors of the Sudanese Council of Ministers at their meeting today, under the direction of the minister in charge of education, Mahmoud Sir Al-Khatam Al-Houri.

The Sudanese Commission Commission Law, according to a statement from the Minister of Justice in charge of Justice, Muhammad Saeed Al-Helou, aims to support and encourage organised immigration, raise awareness of the risks of unorganised immigration, support the competitiveness of migrants, protect their rights by providing the necessary guarantees, as well as working to improve the strategic view of the state in the Immigration Administration.

The Minister of Justice added that the law aims to transfer knowledge and its applications through the Sudanese migratory competencies and enhance the role of cultural immigrant in defining Sudan, indicating that the Sudanese immigrant commission will be specialized in organizing immigration by preparing and developing laws and regulations for immigration in a way that benefits the state and the immigrant in coordination with the relevant authorities Additionally, attempts to connect immigration to development and the transfer of immigrants’ and host countries’ benefits in the areas of economics, cognition, and culture.
