Anatoli expressed his appreciation for the Saudi government’s choice to offer more aid. He also pointed out that Saudi aid focuses on changing the lives of civilians in his country.
It is significant that 10 inmates from Morocco, the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Croatia were freed by Russia as a result of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s mediation in the Russian-Ukrainian issue.
According to a statement from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “based on the interests of the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and a continuation of his efforts to adopt humanitarian initiatives towards the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, and thanks to its ongoing efforts with the relevant countries, his mediation succeeded in releasing 10 citizens of the Kingdom of Morocco and the United States, And the United Kingdom, The Kingdom of Sweden, and Croatia, where their release was coordinated with the Saudi government,”

According to the agency, the concerned Saudi Arabian officials received them after they were transported from Russia to the Kingdom and are working to speed up their return travel arrangements.
The Russian government and the Ukrainian government were thanked and appreciated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their cooperation and responses to the Crown Prince’s efforts to free the inmates.
The ambassador of Ukraine to Saudi Arabia said, “We appreciate your efforts in the prisoner exchange deal.”
