The prices of futures for agricultural grains varied at the end of the weekly trading Friday, October 14, 2022, and oil prices witnessed a contrast when the global stock exchanges were closed, as palm oil and the first oil contracts on the Malaysia Stock Exchange jumped at the weekly settlement, while soy oil contracts fell on the Chicago Commercial Stock Exchange.
A record 859 wheat trading contracts for December 2022 were delivered, a 3. 64% increase.

At the settlement, grain contracts for delivery in December of the following year dropped by 1. 15% to 689. 75 cents/Bushesh.
The November 2022 soy seed contracts declined at a rate of 0. 86% to 1383. 75 cents/bushel, and rice contracts fell by 0. 15% to 16. 735 dollars/quintal in the same direction.
