The United States has allocated more than $8 billion to Ukraine to combat Russia.

Washington has already given Ukraine $4 billion in armaments and intends to provide it another $4. 5 billion, according to Igor Kostyukov, the chief of the General Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
This was stated in his speech at the 10th Moscow International Security Conference, which was a part of the Army 2022 conference in the Russian capital today, Tuesday, August 16.

The Kuwait National Petroleum Company’s refineries are the subject of the second contract’s postponed tender, which was issued directly by KPC after the time for submitting bids was extended from August 25 to September 8 of the following year. In an address to the same conference earlier today, Russian President Vladimir Putin alleged that the US was trying to prolong the Ukraine issue by using Ukrainians as cannon fodder and carrying out the anti-Russian mission. In order to maintain its worldwide hegemony, it continues to provide the Kyiv dictatorship with arms, notably heavy offensive weapons, while ignoring the rise of neo-Nazis and the crimes committed in the Donbass.

In accordance with the United Nations Charter, Putin emphasised that the goals of the Russian special military operation are to guarantee Russian security and safeguard its citizens and residents of Donbass from the threat of genocide.

For the purpose of battling Russia, the United States has given Ukraine more than $8 billion.
