Biden on the failure of the Liz Terrace plan to reduce British taxes: I expected this

US President Joe Biden made a statement regarding British Prime Minister Liz Tarras’ proposal to cut taxes, which was “failed” and dropped as a result of a severe decline in the value of the pound sterling.
During a visit to Oregon, Biden was cited by the Financial Times as telling reporters that a terrace decision and its attempt to lower taxes to address market turbulence and political pressure was “anticipated.”
“I wasn’t the only one, I guess,” he continued.

I did not agree with the choice, but it was Britain’s decision, not mine, he continued.
The terrace and fate minister, Kawasi Quarting, launched a strict economic reform agenda with a tax decrease as its main component.
The idea would be financed by borrowing billions of pounds, which prompted concern in the financial markets because it may lead to higher inflation rates while burdening British families with a problem of skyrocketing living expenses.
