Poll: Germans are ready to pay higher meat prices in exchange for ensuring animal welfare

According to a recent survey, the majority of German consumers are willing to pay more for meat in order to ensure the welfare of the animals in the barns.
The poll, conducted by the “Yugov” institute to measure opinion indicators, stated that 59% of the Germans are ready for that, while 23% of those surveyed said that they are not ready for that, and 17% refrained from mentioning any statements.

It is worth noting that the German Minister of Agriculture Jim Ozdimir intends to introduce new black and white slogans as a distinctive mark binding on meat packaging packages with stores, through which the conditions in the animal breeding sheds are clarified.
The “Yajov” survey, which was conducted on October 13 and included 2396 Germans over the age of 18, is remarkable.
