Urgent .. new details about the “execution of chicks” video

The crisis and the high costs have reached record levels as a result of producers leaving the poultry and egg production system, according to Abdel Aziz Al-Sayed, president of the poultry division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce.

Al-Sayed noted to Al-Fajr that the first factor affecting the poultry industry in Egypt will be the cost of production inputs coupled with the absence of the dollar, citing the viral video showing chicks being put to death for lack of feed as “a tragedy with all the measurements.”

To fully save the farmers and the industry, the head of the poultry division demanded that the fodder held at the ports be released right away and made accessible as soon as possible, with a poultry price set with the Ministry of Supply’s knowledge and in line with production costs.

The Poultry Producers Union Vice President Tharwat Al-Zaini commented on the execution films in the same context, saying: “Unfortunately, the execution movies are real since there is a lack of feed.”
In a phone interview with one of the TV shows, Tharwat Al-Zaini added: “Some breeders lose a lot, the feed is not available to them, and they are obliged to get rid of the chicks.

If we keep going, there will be a serious shortage of poultry and table eggs, and prices will go up significantly.
He continued: “Poultry is witnessing a major crisis, and we appealed to the government to the need to release the corn and soy in the ports. “.

New information about the “execution of chicks” video is urgently needed.
