According to “Russia Today,” Chinese President “Xi Jinping” stated today, Sunday, that his nation will keep reforming and developing the armed forces to reach its objective of creating a highly effective military by the centennial of the Chinese army in 2027.
In a speech at the beginning of the Communist Party of China’s 20th Conference, Xi emphasised that “achieving a hundred years of struggle to build an army on the specified date, and accelerating the transformation of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army into a leading military force is a strategic requirement for the comprehensive building of a modern socialist state.
“In his speech, the Chinese President emphasised the importance of putting the Communist Party’s ideals into practise by bolstering the armed forces. He also insisted on reforming the army, enhancing its combat capability by utilising science, technology, and brainpower, and running the army in accordance with the law.
The Chinese president also emphasised the necessity for a rapid modernization of military doctrine, army organisation, and weaponry and equipment.
By 2027, the Chinese president promises to have a world-class army.
