The leak was discovered by the company on Wednesday, and it is located roughly 70 kilometres from Pollock in central Poland.
The “Drogba” pipeline, which means “friendship” in Russian, is one of the largest networks of crude oil pipelines in the world, and transported Russian oil to many countries in central Europe and also provides a refinery in the German state of Brandenburg with oil.
