The Association of Independent Countries’ two citizens attacked a shooting range in the Bilgorod Province, according to a report released today, Saturday, by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The attack left 15 people injured and in need of medical attention. Eleven people died.
The ministry’s statement also stated that the attackers were slain, indicating that the attack’s scene was under investigation by the agencies within the executive branch of government.
The attack’s culprits, according to the ministry, started fire in the training yard as they shot the unit members during a volunteer shooting practise.
The fire started in a warehouse in the border city of Belgorod following an attack by the Ukrainian military, the Russian officials reported earlier today.

He also verified that a customs checkpoint in the Ukrainian border town of Shipkino was subject to bombing.
Notably, Ukrainian forces have also been mounting counterattacks in the northeast of the nation in an effort to retake cities that have been under Russian control for months.
But in response to this attack, Moscow declared in late September that it had annexed four regions of Ukraine: Donetsk and Logansk in the east; Shericon and Zaburigia in the south. This decision drew strong international criticism and was denounced by the UN, which affirmed that it was against international law and covenants.
Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, “insisted that there is no return from this annexation decision” in the long run.
