According to Reuters, there was background gunshot and alarm spices as well as increasing smoke coming from the notorious Evin Prison.

On the fire that broke out in Evin Prison, neither government authorities nor government media have made any comments.
This fire comes as the death of Muhsa Amini, 22, who was arrested by the Ethics Police in Tehran, last week, due to the wearing of “inappropriate clothes”, which had sparked outrage in Iran on issues, including freedoms and the deterioration of the economy due to sanctions.
According to a number of articles and novels, notably the novel “The Prisoner of Tehran” by the former Iranian author and imprisoned Marina Nemat, Evin prison is one of the most well-known prisons in Iran.
Because of how it handled the protestors, Iran received harsh criticism, particularly from the West. Tehran is thought to be concerned that the West is using its behaviour to foment unrest and disorder.
Smoke increased from a prison near Tehran, and bullets could be heard in the video.
