Bone Health .. A study that prefers football to run

According to a recent study that was featured in the magazine “Medicine & Science,” youngsters who play multi-directional sports like basketball or football rather than mono-directional ones like jogging will have better health.
The author of the study Stewart Warden said: “Data shows that multi -directional sports reduces the risk of a person with bone diseases by developing a larger and stronger skeleton,” said Stuart Warden.

The researchers found that the women who participated in both running and multi -directional sports when they were younger had a 10 percent larger bone force to 20 percent compared to their counterparts who only ran.
Additionally, the study revealed that people who participated in sports like football or basketball when they were younger had stronger bones than those who merely ran, swam, or rode bicycles.
