Several cultural and artistic events will take place today, Saturday, October 15, 2022, in a number of creative bodies and centres, including:
beginning of applications for the State Prize for the Little Creator in its third session, which is organised by the Ministry of Culture, represented by the Supreme Council of Culture, and will last until December 31, 2022, for the two age groups from the age of 5 to 12 years, and from the age of 12 to 18 years, in the fields of: arts (drawing – playing piano – playing violin – singing), and in the field of creativity and originality.
The project “Start your dream…” is kicked off by the General Authority for Culture Palaces, led by director Hisham Atwa.
From October 15 to October 21, a course titled “cinema in your hands” will be offered at the Ismailia Culture Palace. This course offers instruction in all parts of film, including plot, directing, photography, and montage, allowing students to become fully versed in all areas of study.
At six thirty in the evening seminars at the headquarters of the Russian Cultural Center in Dokki, the feature film “Hidden Hayat,” the film directed by “Tirans Malek,” and the production of Germany and America 2019 are shown as part of the cinematic events of the film association led by the film photographer, artist Mahmoud Abdel Samie.
The Rivers of Paradise exhibition by artist Abdel Wahab Abdel Mohsen will debut at precisely six o’clock in the evening at the Gallery of Cordoba. It will feature brand-new paintings that will be shown to the public for the first time during the exhibition and run for a full month until November 15, 2022.
In the afternoon, the public library of Egypt in Mansoura and the Plastic Syndicate will collaborate to present the exhibition “Al-Tafah Market” by the plastic artist Ibrahim Philip. Through his paintings, Philip conveys his vision of the “Al-Tafah Market,” where he delves into the depths of the human psyche as represented by the apple seller.
