Regina man charged with assault after police find victim with stab wounds

Police in Regina discovered a victim with several stab wounds on Thursday, and a guy was charged with assault with a weapon.
Around 9:15 a.m., according to the Regina Police Service, officers were called to the 600 block of Pasqua Street in response to a report of a male who was hurt.
The man was taken to the hospital by EMS and received treatment there.
The stabbing occurred at a home in the 800 block of Princess Street, and police were sent there after further inquiry revealed a suspect.

Chandler Benjoe-Moise, 23, was accused with assault with a deadly weapon.
He was released with conditions, and makes his first appearance in court on Nov. 30..
