According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Ranko Krivocapic and Rashko Convic, the foreign and defence ministers of Montenegro, are not allowed to enter Russian territory.
Ranko Krivocabic, the foreign minister of Montenegro, Rocco Convic, the defence secretary, and Sava Kentira, the former director of the National Security Agency, were all prohibited from entering Russian territory, according to a statement released by the ministry on October 14.
“This move is in response to the new hostile decision that was taken by Montenegro in September by announcing the diplomats of the Russian embassy in the city of Bodgurica as “unwanted personalities,” the statement continued.
Russia forbids Montenegro’s defence and entry of foreign ministers onto its soil.
