All you want to know about the Johnkor Options Award for East is directed to students from 12 countries

In collaboration with the French Institute in Lebanon and the regional institutions, particularly the institutes of Iran, Iraq, the Palestinian territories, and Jordan, the African Union in the Middle East introduced the eleventh edition of the Johnkor Award for the East.
Students from 34 universities in 12 nations—the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Djibouti, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Sudan, and Yemen—will be represented in this version’s jury, which will be presided over by French author Salma Kojuk.

The prize is a different kind of Johnkor award that gives Middle Eastern students the chance to read contemporary French-language literature and select a winning book from the Juncorhede Academy’s second choice, creating a cultural dynamic and fostering the development of young students’ critical thinking skills.

The “Gonkor Options for East” Award will be presented on October 30 on the campus of the French Institute in Lebanon, as part of the events of the literary festival “Beirut Written,” which is sponsored by the Jonkour Academy, and in the presence of novelist Olivier Roland and author Clara Dubon-Mono, who won the Jonkor Options Award for the East for the year 2021.

Students from 12 different countries who are interested in the Johnkor Options Award for East should read this.
