Eileon Musk, a rich American, has been the subject of a lengthy American probe into the halted Twitter acquisition transaction.
The social networking company, Twitter, reported in a judicial file published on Thursday that a mask is subject to a federal investigation related to a $ 44 billion acquisition of a Twitter company.
According to a legal document from last week, a judge in the US state of Dilayer ordered that the Twitter company’s action against the American billionaire be put on hold until this coming Sunday, the 28th, to give a sufficient time to finish the acquisition.
This occurs just days after the CEO of Tesla changed his mind and decided to purchase “Twitter” for the pre-negotiated sum.
And according to records, Musk advised pressing forward with his initial plan to buy Twitter for $ 44 billion in order to put an end to a lawsuit the company had launched that could have made him pay whether he wanted to or not.
