Kremlin: Europe does not actually have an opportunity to buy Russian gas

After the terrorist attacks that targeted the Nord Stream pipelines, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters today, Thursday, that Europe does not actually have an opportunity to obtain cheap Russian gas, which he relies on, and that it must instead purchase liquefied natural gas from the United States at exorbitant prices.

“There have been terrorist acts, Europe has no chance in reality – even if it has to do so – to buy our gas, which is the cheapest and most reliable, Europe is now obligated to purchase the American LNG at increasing prices,” the Russian news agency TASS quoted Peskov as saying.
Swedish seismic experts later stated that two explosions were detected along the pipeline tracks. On September 26, unheard-of damage was reported in places of the Nord Stream 1 and 2 naval pipeline.

The Kremlin claims that Europe has no real opportunity to purchase Russian gas.
