Putin: America undermines security in Asia

Russian President Vladimir Putin reaffirmed his condemnation of the United States in response to the rise in hostilities between his nation and the West, particularly the United States, against the backdrop of the conflict between Russia and its neighbours, which has now lasted for eight months.

In a speech given today, Thursday, before the summit of the “Conference of Interaction and Confidence Building in Asia” (Sika), held in Astana, Putin stated that he believed the American presence to be what undermines stability in Asia.
As Asia now plays the most significant role in this new system, he also saw that the world was beginning to become a multi-pole.

He also emphasised that Russia is making every effort to create an equal and permanent security system, as well as to defend growth and prosperity in Asia and forge solid economic links in this region.
He also demanded the elimination of all man-made obstacles in order to revive global supply chains for goods. He believed that in order to strengthen state sovereignty, it is essential to use national currencies more efficiently in transactions.

It is interesting to remember that the Russian president has before discussed a new world order. He constantly demanded the rejection of American strategy, which he labelled “unipolar,” accusing numerous European nations of dependency and emphasising that his nation could not adhere to Washington’s orders.

Since the beginning of the Russian military operation on Ukrainian territory on February 24, tensions between Russia and the West, particularly the United States, have increased, leading to the imposition of countless sanctions and a deterioration of the various economic, commercial, and military sectors. Politicians, deputies, ministers, and wealthy Russians, including those connected to Putin, have not been left out of this.
