China intends to import Brazilian pills in challenging American supplies

A news report stated that China may start importing corn from Brazil as of next December, as part of the efforts of the largest buyer in the world to reduce dependence on the United States, and to search for an alternative to supplies from Ukraine, which was stopped by the Russian -Ukrainian war.
According to a list obtained by the Bloomberg Agency, Brazil permitted 45 enterprises, including “Bong Limited,” “Cargill,” and “Arch-Daniel-Midland,” to export atoms to China.

China takes steps to accelerate the imports of the Brazilian corn and diversify supplies at a time when the war in Ukraine disrupted trade, and tensions are increasing with the United States. The demand for alternative shipments has surged due to the rise of more than 20% in corn futures prices in Chicago in less than three months and the strengthening US currency.

In an effort to compete with American supplies, China plans to import Brazilian pharmaceuticals.
