Turki Al-Sheikh, the head of the Saudi Arabian General Entertainment Authority, provided information about the Riyadh season 2022 on Wednesday night.
Al -Sheikh said that the Riyadh season will be a season over the imagination, and on October 21, the Riyadh season will start in its third edition with a global ceremony for Serk de Soleil, while the regions will be opened on October 22.
He continued, “The season will see the opening of a new area called Boulevard World, which will contain the largest industrial lake in the world, as well as the season’s first cable car in Riyadh, as the Boulevard Riad City was developed by adding more than 12 restaurants, cafes, and international and Arab plays, as well as 7 Saudi plays.
The “Villa Riad” area, which will be a sustainable area and one of the most opulent areas of the season, will also be opened, highlighting the fact that the season includes 15 regions throughout Riyadh targeting all segments of society. The “Sky Riyadh” area, which contains Lunujat over the clouds, will also be inaugurated.
He expressed his gratitude to King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their outstanding support of the Kingdom’s entertainment industry.
