The German government announces the participation of Olaf Schultz in the climate summit in Sharm El -Sheikh next November

Federal Counselor Olaf Schultz will attend the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (COP 27) in Sharm El Sheikh from November 7 to 8, according to the German government.
German Foreign Minister Analeina Perbuk indicated, during the Security and Climate Conference organized by Berlin throughout yesterday and today, that there are major challenges facing the world due to climate changes, water scarcity and natural disasters.

It should be noted that Egypt will host the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27), which will take place in Sharm El Sheikh from November 7–18, 2022, and is an important opportunity to consider how climate change will affect Africa; to put the Paris 2015 Agreement and Glasgow 2021 Conference recommendations into action; and to mobilise resources.
