The wealthy British businessman John Cadwell has made the decision to only heat one room of his home this winter in order to save money for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to Codwell, “I will heat one room where we will live, and 98 percent of the home will remain frigid.”
He said that Russia was using oil profits to fund its military campaign in Ukraine and vowed to use all of his influence to pressure Putin to accept “a few dollars less.”
